1 Introduction
StellarClose LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates MrsNudgelyMail, an email outreach platform available at mrsnudgelymail.com. StellarClose LLC is based in Dexter, Michigan.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use MrsNudgelyMail. By creating an account and using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
We believe in transparency. We built MrsNudgelyMail to help you run email campaigns effectively, and we take the responsibility of handling your data seriously.
2 Information We Collect
Account Information
- Your name, email address, and password (stored as a cryptographic hash -- we cannot see your actual password)
- Your subscription plan and account status
Email Configuration
- Your SMTP server credentials, which are encrypted and stored in AWS Secrets Manager. We cannot read your SMTP password in plain text. These credentials are used solely to send emails on your behalf.
Contact Lists
- Email addresses, names, company names, and cities of people you upload for your campaigns
- This data belongs to you, not us. We store it only so the service can function. See Section 6 for details on contact list data.
Campaign Data
- Email templates you create or upload
- Sending schedules, campaign settings, and configuration options
Usage Data
- Number of emails sent, open rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe counts
- This data helps us enforce plan quotas and provide you with campaign analytics
Technical Data
- Browser type, IP address, and pages visited (standard web server logs)
- This data is used for security monitoring and basic service operation
Payment Data
- Payments are processed entirely by PayPal. We never see, receive, or store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information.
- We retain only your PayPal transaction ID and subscription status for our billing records.
3 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To operate the service -- sending your email campaigns, tracking delivery status, and managing bounces and unsubscribes
- To enforce sending limits and plan quotas -- ensuring fair usage and preventing abuse
- To process bounces and unsubscribes -- maintaining suppression lists so you stay compliant with anti-spam laws
- To prevent abuse of the platform -- monitoring for spam, phishing, or other malicious activity
- To communicate with you about your account -- sending service notifications, billing updates, and important policy changes
- We do NOT sell your data to anyone. Ever.
- We do NOT use your contact lists for our own marketing.
- We do NOT share your data with third parties except as strictly needed to operate the service (AWS for hosting and infrastructure, PayPal for billing).
4 Data Storage & Security
We take the security of your data seriously and employ multiple layers of protection:
- Hosting: All data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the United States
- SMTP credentials: Encrypted via AWS Secrets Manager, a dedicated secrets management service with automatic encryption at rest
- Encryption in transit: All connections between your browser and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Database access: Restricted to authorized systems only; no public internet access to databases
- Passwords: Stored as cryptographic hashes; we cannot retrieve or view your password
- Industry standards: We follow industry-standard security practices for access control, monitoring, and incident response
While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to protecting your data using commercially reasonable safeguards. If we ever discover a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly.
5 Your Rights (GDPR Compliance)
Whether or not you are located in the European Union, we extend the following rights to all MrsNudgelyMail users:
- Right to Access: You can request a complete copy of all data we hold about you. We will provide it in a machine-readable format within 30 days.
- Right to Rectification: You can update or correct your personal information at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us.
- Right to Erasure: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data. Upon request, we will delete your data in accordance with the retention schedule in Section 9.
- Right to Data Portability: You can export your contacts and campaign data at any time from within the platform.
- Right to Object: You can opt out of any non-essential data processing. Essential processing (required to operate the service) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.
6 Contact List Data
This is an important section. Please read it carefully.
- Your data, your responsibility: The contacts you upload to MrsNudgelyMail are your data. You are the data controller for those contacts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to email them.
- We are the data processor: We process your contact data solely to send campaigns on your behalf. We do not access, analyze, sell, or use your contact lists for any other purpose.
- Unsubscribes: When someone unsubscribes from your emails, we add them to a suppression list to prevent future emails from being sent to that address from your account.
- Account deletion: If you delete your account, we will delete your contact lists within 30 days.
- Suppression list retention: We retain suppression lists (the email address only, with no other personal data) indefinitely. This is a compliance measure to ensure we never accidentally re-email someone who has unsubscribed, even if a new account uploads the same contact.
7 Cookies & Local Storage
MrsNudgelyMail takes a minimal approach to browser storage:
- localStorage: We use your browser's localStorage to remember your login session token and your theme preference (dark or light mode). This data never leaves your browser.
- No third-party tracking cookies: We do not set or use third-party cookies of any kind.
- No advertising pixels: We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tags, or any other advertising tracking scripts.
- No individual user analytics: We do not use analytics tools that track or profile individual users.
You can clear your localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Doing so will log you out and reset your theme preference.
8 Third-Party Services
We use a small number of third-party services to operate MrsNudgelyMail:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): Cloud hosting, database infrastructure, and encrypted credential storage. AWS data centers are located in the United States. AWS Privacy Policy
- PayPal: Payment processing for subscriptions. PayPal handles all financial transactions directly; we never receive your card details. PayPal Privacy Policy
- Google Fonts: We load the Cormorant Garamond and Inter typefaces from Google's CDN. Google may log standard request data (IP address, browser type) when fonts are loaded. Google Privacy Policy
We do not integrate with any advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing analytics platforms.
9 Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
- Campaign data: Retained for 12 months after campaign completion, then automatically purged.
- Contact lists: Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Suppression lists: Retained indefinitely (email address only). This is necessary for compliance -- to ensure unsubscribed recipients are never re-emailed.
- Payment records: Retained as required by United States tax law (up to 7 years).
If you would like your data deleted sooner, contact us at support@mrsnudgelymail.com and we will accommodate your request where legally permissible.
10 Children's Privacy
MrsNudgelyMail is a business tool designed for professional use. It is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and all associated data. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us at support@mrsnudgelymail.com.

When we make changes, we will:
